We will process Your personal data exclusively in order to determine the provider of the service that You have purchased as well as to forward Your request to this relevant service or third-party provider and/or its customer service (the “Purpose”).
4. How the Data Will Be Processed?
Your personal data will be kept confidential and shall be processed with due care, appropriately and in a way adequate and necessary for the Purpose expressly stated in this Policy. The data will be processed in compliance with applicable laws, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU. 5. Who Has Access to Your Data?
Upon submitting, the contact form will be transmitted to Our partner company MPSC, which is responsible for coordination of consumer requests. Based on the information made available in the contact form, Our partner company MPSC can assign Your request to the relevant service or third-party provider responsible for the service in question. Your request will be then forwarded to the customer service of the relevant service and third-party provider for responding. The relevant service or third-party provider is the controller of Your personal data in relation to the processing of and responding to Your request.

Insofar as Our partner company MPSC is not able to identify any services of service or third-party providers based on the phone number that You have indicated, You will be informed thereof by Our partner company MPSC accordingly.
6. How Long Your Data Will Be Processed?
Your personal data will be processed as long as it is necessary for the realisation of the Purpose set out in this Policy. Therefore, Your personal data will be automatically deleted upon successful transmission of Your request to the relevant service and third-party provider (or its customer support) for further processing and responding. This happens in principle not later than within 7 (seven) days after Your request has been submitted.
In order to be able to evidence the transmission of Your request to the relevant service or third-party provider, a copy of Your request will be stored with restricted access for a period based on the applicable statutory limitation period. The data will be automatically deleted in Our system after the lapse of this period.

The processing of Your personal data is based on Your voluntary consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time.
