DIMOCO Carrier Billing is a licenced payment institute providing payment technology that enables users to purchase digital and physical goods from online merchants. These are charged through mobile devices via the operators’ billing system, closing a payment cycle called “carrier billing”. DIMOCO does not own, produce or distribute any online content, merely provides the technical infrastructure for this digital billing method.

If you as a consumer have any questions concerning billed services, please contact the Mobile Payments Service Centre, DIMOCO is not able to assist on behalf of any third parties. The assigned call centre handles consumer enquiries, available free of charge to those who would like to clarify any open questions with the responsible service provider.
